摘要:
 主要研究Fe1.90(P1- x Si x)(x =0.10,0.20,0.25,0.27)系列化合物的磁性、磁热效应和磁晶各向异性。结果表明,Si替代P对化合物的磁热效应影响不大,但可将化合物居里温度提高至 x =0.27时的514K,且保持较强的磁晶各向异性。XRD图谱表明化合物的结构为Fe2P型的六角结构,空间群为P-62m。经磁场取向处理后,化合物的002峰强增强,表明化合物的易磁化方向为 c 轴。从磁化曲线可以看出,沿外加磁场取向的化合物更易达到饱和磁化。与Fe2P相比较,少量Si的掺杂不仅提高了化合物的居里温度,同时观察到了适量的剩磁和矫顽力。
Abstract:
 The magnetic properties,magnetocaloric effects and magnetocrystalline anisotropy of Fe1.90(P1- x Si x)(x =0.10,0.20,0.25,0.27) series of compounds are studied.Substituting Si for P has little influence on the magnetocaloric effect.However,the Curie temperature of the compound can increase dramatically to 514K for x =0.27 while maintaining a strong magnetocrystalline anisotropy.The XRD diffraction pattern indicates that all the compounds crystallize in Fe2P-type hexagonal structure,the space group is P-62m.The 002 peak intensity of the sample is enhanced,indicating that a preferred orientation is along the c -axis for the magnetic aligned samples.It can be seen from the magnetization curve that the magnetization of the compound increases faster along the orientation direction.Compared to Fe2P,the Si-doped compounds show a much higher Curie temperature,moderate remanence and coercivity.
