摘要:
以对苯二甲醛和苯乙酮、乙酰二茂铁为原料,在乙醇中合成了三种新的查耳酮,分别为1-苯基-3-对甲酰苯基丙烯酮、1-苯基-3-对苯甲酰基乙烯基苯基丙烯酮和1-二茂铁基-3-对甲酰苯基丙烯酮.通过对原料配比、温度和体系酸碱性的考察,确定了合成的最佳条件,通过熔点测定、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱测试手段对产物进行了表征,并用X-射线单晶衍射仪测得一种晶体结构.该晶体属于正交晶系,晶胞参数α=7.3478(4),b=11.1154(7),c=18.9710(11),α=β=γ=90°,Z=4,Dc=1.471 Mg·m-3,R1=0.0216,wR2=0.0645.
Abstract:
Three kinds of chalcones(1-phenyl-3-p-formyl phenyl acrylketone,1-phenyl-3-p-Benzoyl vinyl phenyl acrylketone and 1-ferrocenyl-3-p-formyl phenyl acrylketone)were synthesized in ethanol using 1,4-Phthalaldehyde,acetophenone and acetyl ferrocene as raw materials through exploring the raw material ratio,reaction temperature and pH to determine the optimum synthetic conditions.The compounds were characterized by melting point,IR and 1HNMR.The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal system is Orthorhombic.The crystal data and structure refinement areα=7.3478(4),b=11.1154(7),c=18.9710(11),α=β=γ=90°,Z=4,Dc= 1.471 Mg·m-3,R1=0.0216,wR2=0.0645.
