摘要:
为了初步探索壳聚糖类生物大分子抑制硅酸缩聚的影响机理,采用硅钼蓝可见分光光度法测定了在硅酸钠标准水溶液的pH为7.00时,壳聚糖及其衍生物稳定硅酸的浓度,并借助SEM和29Si NMR等手段对相应无定形沉积物的结构及形貌进行了表征.研究结果表明,在8h和72h实验中,3种不同的壳聚糖对硅酸的阻聚作用存在差异:未改性的水溶性壳聚糖所起作用不明显,羧化壳聚糖有促进硅酸缩聚的作用,而壳聚糖季铵盐表现出明显抑制硅酸缩聚的作用.
Abstract:
To explore the mechanism of chitosan biological macromolecules inhibiting the silicic acid polycondensation,the effects of chitosan and its derivatives on the stability of silicic acid in the standard aqueous solution of sodium silicic acid were investigated by silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry at pH=7.00,and the structures of amorphous sediments were characterized by SEM and 29Si NMR.Results showed that the ability of stabilizing silicic acid was different in 8 h and 72 h experiments:soluble chitosan had no obvious effect on silicic acid,and carboxylated chitosan seemed to be able to stabilize the soluble silicon less than the blank sample,while the quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan showed a certain effect of slowing condensation of silicic acid.
